End privately owned and operated prisons.

No one should EVER profit from the incarceration of prisoners.  The private prison system has failed our nation.  Much like any for-profit industry, the privately owned prisons have placed money above the welfare of people.  The Federal government must outlaw this practice at the state and federal level.
